Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Acts as the first contact for many prospects in CW Squared business via inbound leads. Qualifies CW Squared prospects and produces quality leads for the Sales Executives. Performs database and record keeping activities.
Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of CW Squared products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Professional demeanour. Desire for a long-term career in sales. Able to gain competence in own area and acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures.

As we expand we require a Sales Director to generate new opportunities in the CCaaS, UCaaS and CX transformation markets. Initially concentrating on UK central government you will expand your remit to private sector SMEs and large local government. You will be driving new business which augments our key partners’ services, and be expected to be consistently looking for new avenues to build and sell our products and services, as well as finding new business opportunities with our key partners. You will be experienced in the unified communications industry and have an extensive background in building and closing a sales pipeline. You will be highly skilled in the entire sales process: lead generation, opportunity qualifications, solution and business case development, negotiating and closing, have a good track record of meeting/exceeding targets and be able to build a sales and pre-sales team.Apply for Role
