CW Squared exhibited its portfolio of public sector proven products and services at digitech19: the technology and procurement showcase for the public sector on 19th November at Manchester Central. In conjunction with our partner, 8×8, we showcased our public sector tailored contact centre, unified communications and conversational artificial intelligence solutions to over 700 delegates from central government, local government and the NHS, including our paper “Is WhatsApp the new channel of citizen engagement?” describing how our virtual agent technology can integrate with existing systems to deliver knowledge and information to citizens via WhatsApp.
