CW Squared is now able to provide professional IVR prompt recording services including all editing, mixing and audio formatting. The service includes professional script writing, although you can write your own script and our experts will review for tone of voice and make any necessary improvements.

 

We have a library of artists who have provided standard prompts. We can use those artists to record additional, custom messages to your requirements. We can supply multi-lingual recordings as required. By default we supply .wav files — the most common formats for phone systems are 8kHz 8-bit Mono µLaw .wav and 8kHz 16-bit Mono .wav. We can supply your audio in any phone-ready format, including aLaw, µLaw, .wav, .mp3 and ADPCM.

 

Our specialists optimize all files for the best sound when played on your telephone system. Comfort messaging can be supplied as licence-free music, text-to-speech or voice actor recorded messages
